Accountant Needed In A Conglomerate With Branches In Lagos & Onitsha

Our client is a trading conglomerate that has been in existence for over 20 years with branches in Lagos and Onitsha. As a result of their continuous expansion, they are looking to fill the position of an Accountant (Job Code: GAAC001)

Descriptions:
1.Ensure company accounts and tax returns are prepared and filed correctly and timely
2. Analyse budgets and other financial statements
3. Review revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices and other accounting documents
4. Prepare the financial statements from underlying records
5. Inspect books of account and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness and use of accepted accounting procedures to records transactions.
6. Oversee monthly accounting activities

Requirements:
. B.Sc/HDN accounting ( minimum of upper division)
Advanced Excel skills and fully competent in MS Office program
IFRS knowledge and exposure.
Extensive analytical skills
Accounting experience
Good verbal, written, presentation and training skills.
