MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. Analyse general ledger accounts on a defined and regular basis
2. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
3. Maintain inventory records and adhere to specific controls on inventories
4. Prepare financial statements and render relevant reports to management as well as statutory and regulatory authorities
5. B.Sc Accounting/Finance or related field (minimum of Second Class Upper)
6. Professional qualifications: ACA/ACCA
7. Must have post-qualification experience with a minimum of 10 years relevant cognate work, preferable in the oil and gas industry
8. Experience in Finance/Accounting/Tax Matters or related work
9. Excellent reading and verbal communication skills
10. High degree of integrity, confidentiality and ability to contribute to team culture
11. Readiness to work in any part of the country with minimal supervision
12. Working knowledge of ERP Packages and excellent knowledge of the oil and gas industry dynamics and Accounting standards will be an added advantage
13. Age: Must not be more than 40 years old
