Qualifications:-
-Core competence in Accounting, Business Development, Operations, and Strategy
- Degree in Accounting. Minimum Second Class Upper
- Minimum 5years Experience in Professional Organisation
- Certified Quickbooks Desktop Pro Professional Certification
- Enterprise Management System and Resource Planning experience to develop/sustain a centralized enterprise system. SAP Certification a plus.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- ICAN and CITN Tax Ceritification/Experience a Plus.
- Female
- Hausa Speaking a plus
- Professional Writing and Speaking Skills in English Language
- High Organisational Skills
- Intuitive. Good Research and Analytical Skills.

Responsibilities
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Analysis of various projects and businesses under management.
- Responsible for front-line corporate correspondence via phone calls & emails.
- Build and maintain client database for the company
- Lead generation from various marketing platforms
- social media, newsletters, networking and referrals
- Follow through from client prospecting to actual sales of various building projects
- Managing corporate events and participating in exhibitions for the company.
- Manage contracts and relationships with clients, vendors and business partners.
- Manage the day-to-day running of the office and the M.D’s office and diary.
- Maintain a proper record-keeping system for the company's various building projects.
- Providing an effective network for communication with clients and stakeholders on behalf of the M.D.
- Monitoring daily progress on the various building projects and presenting the compiled updates to the M.D.
- Deepening existing client relationships; thereby generating incremental business.
- Ensure prompt resolution of enquiries and complaints escalated to my office.
- Document flow management and process improvement solutions.
- Creating Business Development Plans including prospective target customers, market assessments and sales plans for transition.
- Develop creative strategies for developing new leads.
