We are a leading 5-start international luxury hotel strategically located in the city of Port Harcourt and are currently seeking for employment dynamic, result-oriented and self-motivated persons to fill in the following positions:

Chief Accountant:

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Authorise and check account coding on invoices
2. Ensure that correct backup is attached to invoices
3. Balance and update invoices and payment journals
4. Post all prepaid invoices with the monthly distribution.
5. Check monthly accruals
6. Ensure Purchase and general ledgers are in balance for the month end to assist income audit.
7. Support the account receivable, credit unit, general cashier/payroll officer
8. Assist during month end closing and year end closing as required.
9. Reconcile the balance sheet monthly
10. Produce payroll analysis monthly
11. Produce intercompany invoice as per the balance sheet on a monthly basis.
12. Assist the director of finance with budget preparation as required.

Requreiemtns:

7 years in a reputable organisation, preferably international hotel chain

Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, SAP, Pastel and other applicable computer systems. Budgetary analysis capabilities required.

StoreKeeper

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. To control record and monitor the receiving of goods at the hotel receiving bay.
2. Maintaining records to properly account for issues and inventories and ensuring that maximum and minimum stock levels are maintained.
3. Receive all goods ensuring that they are in accordance with the delivery notes.

Requirements:

B.Sc/HND in Accounting
3 years experience in similar position
