Finance head
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate the development, consolidation, and reporting of weekly and monthly manufacturing
expense & cost variance forecast.
- Oversee and champion the articulation and development of the finance strategy and ensure alignment with corporate
strategy, business goals and objectives.
- Serve as key adviser to the company on financial issues, interpretation of accounting, and tax regulation issues.
- Maintain the management reporting process, analyze and report key financial and operational metrics to effectively
manage the business.
- Oversee the establishment of effective controls to mitigate identified financial risks.
Skills/Competencies:
- Advanced financial and accounting knowledge including in-depth understanding of international and
local accounting and financial reporting standards.
- Good understanding of foreign exchange operations and regulations, and other relevant regulations - manufacturing
industry, income and other tax, etc.
- Proven ability to interpret financial statement and apply a broad perspective in summarizing results
Education and Experience:
- First degree in accounting or related discipline.
- Professional accounting certificate, e.g ACA, ACCA, or other relevant higher business degree.
- Eight (

years cognate experience of which at least three (3) years at senior management level
MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
key Accountabilities:
- Preparation of costing sheets reports on raw material import on vessel basis.
- Product costing for profitability implications.
- Co-ordination and arrangement of monthly stock taking exercise.
- Reconciliation of monthly sales reports.
- Supervise the activities of the financial account unit.
Skills/Competencies:
- Advanced financial and accounting knowledge including in-depth understanding of international and
local accounting and financial reporting standards.
- Good understanding of foreign exchange operations and regulations, and other relevant regulations - manufacturing
industry, income and other tax, etc.
- Proven ability to interpret financial statement and apply a broad perspective in summarizing results
Education and Experience:
- First degree in accounting or related discipline.
- Professional accounting certificate, e.g ACA, ACCA, or other relevant higher business degree with proven analytical and
qualitative accounting/financial competencies.
- Experience in treasury funds management and loan syndication.
- Six (6) years cognate experience of which at least three (3) years at senior management level.
ACCOUNT OFFICER
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the general ledger and the transaction management processes of the company.
- Analyzes business and financial performance.
- Prepare the annual periodic internal management reports and variance analysis.
- Collates and analyzes inputs into the preparation of annual budgets.
Skills/Competencies:
-Good at analyzing and resolving complex financial problems.-
-Competent in the use of Microsoft office suite.
- Self-motivated, diligent, and enthusiastic with a strong business orientation.
- Strong knowledge of capturing and reporting data.
Education and Experience:
-B.Sc./HND in Accounting
- 3 years relevant experience
