Mandilas Group Limited is a conglomerate of companies with branches in different parts of the country. Our core activities include engineering/ Airconditioning sales, installation and services. Plumbing and Automobile Sales/Leasing/Service. We seek to recruit individuals with strong professional and academic credentials with cognate years of experience who will deliver value to stakeholders.
Strategy, Planning and Business Transformation Manager

The successful candidates will coordinate the development, implementation and reporting of the strategic plan of the Group and facilitate the preparation of divisional/departmental business plan/initiatives in alignment with the corporate plan. The role reports to the Group Chief Executive officer [GCEO]

Duties and Responsibilities
.   Develop strategic plans[a short and long time] for the business to gain market share
.   Articulate and communicate the approved corporate strategy
.   Review and report on the achievement of the annual strategy and initiatives
.   Gather business intelligence, analyse information and generate reports for top management
.   Generate business scenarios and financial models to aid management in making decisions
.   Provide an objective source of macro-economic data and forecasts for business development, investments and finance budgeting purposes.
.   Identify improvement/transformation opportunities and coordinates all initiatives
.   Research, analyse and recommend courses of action that directly contributes to the profitability of Mandilas strategic projects/initiatives
.   Monitor Mandilas market performance to ensure the achievement of the Groupís strategic objectives.
.   Collaborate closely with the business units to align strategy, product roadmap, communication plan and prioritization.
.   Identify and recommend possible partnering opportunities and relationships that will ensure the achievement of Mandilas strategic objectives
.   Carry out project management functions.
.    Perform other functions as may be assigned by the Group Chief Executive Officer [GCEO].
Qualification and Experiences
.   Minimum of bachelorís degree in the social sciences, Statistic, Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related discipline.
.   Minimum of 12years relevant experience, 5 of which must have been in a management position of a reputable organization.
.   Excellent Project management skills.
.   Relevant professional certification from a reputable professional institution e.g. Chartered Financial Analyst [CFA], Project Management Professional, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria[ICAN], Association of Chartered Certified Accountants [ACCA] or its equivalent
.    A postgraduate degree in a related discipline would be an added advantage.
